He grew up competing in one of the state’s winningest high school wrestling programs, where preparation, resilience, and personal accountability were nonnegotiable standards. That early exposure to high-performance culture shaped his bias toward excellence and long-term discipline. Today, he channels that same mindset into power sports such as snowboarding, dirt biking, and overlanding, activities that require calculated risk assessment, rapid decision-making, and composure in unpredictable conditions. In the near term, David is focused on deepening his expertise at the intersection of growth strategy, operational performance, and organizational transformation.
